We prefer to receive all videos in the MiniDV format. However, we can accommodate any of the following: CD-Rom, DVD, VHS, SVHS or MicroDV. There is no minimum or maximum length for your video submission. We will post whatever length of video footage you submit to us. All videos are posted as received, we do not edit or alter any video footage.

For your video submission to be presented, the cost is a one time setup fee of $120 payable by check plus $25 per month for hosting and video traffic billed to your credit card.

Fill in the contact information below, click submit and an invoice for $120 representing the setup fee will be mailed to you. You can mail us your video immediately or wait to receive our invoice and submit your video with your $120 setup fee payment by check made payable to MusicianBio.com.

Payments for all invoices for the setup fee are paid by check only.
The monthly $25 hosting and video traffic charges will be billed to your credit card on a month-by-month basis.
